Board of Directors

Rob L Walker

Chief Operating Officer

COO Rob L Walker is responsible for overseeing or advising on all areas of the day-to-day workings of the company. He is an officer of the corporation. He has been instrumental in setting up the current Safe Wing domestic operational network, and is heading up future endeavors to ensure new opportunities are brought forward to provide new services for our client base.

Amanda Loroña

Refining Director

Mrs. Loroña worked for ten years at two large multi-national freight forwarders specializing in Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding.  Mrs. Loroña also worked in International Compliance for one of the largest global distributors of electronic components.  Mrs. Loroña holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, with a focus in International Business from Arizona State University. As the Director of Refining, Mrs Loroña oversees all import brokerage activities and regulatory compliance matters.

Debbie Stone

Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer Debbie Stone is responsible for Safe Wing’s financial reporting, cash-flow management, and accounting functions, including supervision of the annual audit. A CPA with more than 28 years of accounting experience, she joined the company in November 2007. Stone started her career with KPMG LLC, one of the Big Four accounting firms, and earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.

James Licata

Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer James Licata is responsible for leading Safe Wing  global growth and business development strategy. Licata is also responsible for the development of Safe Wing’s international products including the company’s overseas agent network and relationships.
